Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

MARION is looking for an SEO Specialist to support the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives on behalf of a selection of our clients. You will work with the Marketing Production Manager to research, implement and manage all organic search optimizations in order to maximize marketing ROI for clients.

This position is currently remote, but will shift to in-office work in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase rankings, drive qualified traffic, and increase leads and sales for our clients.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in organic search campaigns.
  • Maintain the daily management of client SEO programs, including website audits, on-page optimization, blogging/editorial strategy, keyword research, and link building.
  • Research and analyze competitor content and strategies.
  • Setup and manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for seamless data collection and analysis.
  • Help implement call tracking and conversion tracking for client sites.
  • Setup and manage local SEO campaigns through Google My Business and Yext, and recommend review responses when necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in driving measurable SEO results for clients, increasing rankings, and driving quality traffic resulting in leads and sales
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics and research tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications, quantitative, or related field
  • 3+ Years of marketing experience
  • Design experience for display ad creation a plus
  • Some PPC experience a plus

Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist

MARION is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist responsible for creating, publishing and managing exceptional quality content on various social platforms for clients across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate should be an avid user of social media, have previous experience turning fans into brand ambassadors, and identifying and creating highly effective social experiences for users.

Responsibilities

  • Design and plan social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
  • Mange client’s social media accounts, which includes creating and running both organic and paid campaigns through various platforms based on the clients needs.
  • Manage the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
  • Analyze data and compile monthly reports that include metrics on engagement, community growth, referral traffic and conversions, customer acquisition, etc.
  • Manage content placement and content budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
  • Excellent communication skills. Can talk to ANYONE enthusiastically about their campaigns and other co-workers about what you are doing.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness with the ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead through close
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through targeted outbound calling, leveraging existing relationships, networking and other hunter skills
  • Superior follow-up skills to inbound sales leads
  • Develop proposals, present solutions onsite and close new business
  • Meet and exceed monthly quota of acquiring 2 new clients per month in return for extremely lucrative commission earnings potential
  • Ability to be a valued trusted advisor through effectively uncovering client needs and an extensive knowledge of our portfolio

Qualifications

MARION is seeking a full-time, in-house Account Executive to join our fabulous team.  The person filling the Account Executive role is responsible for the day-to-day contact with his/her clients, deepening those relationships, managing all projects to ensure timeliness and budget, finding and closing new sales opportunities, and meeting their monthly billings goal.

Responsibilities:

  1. Fully understand the goals and scope of all projects
  2. Estimate costs and delivery time for all projects prior starting work
  3. Confirm client approval of estimates prior to starting work
  4. Communicate and coordinate with the client, internal departments and any vendors to complete the project
  5. Provide creative input, suggestions and direction for projects
  6. Get final sign off, and deposit if required, from client on each project
  7. Maintain job profitability while providing value to the client
  8. Create invoice descriptions for all projects
  9. Be involved, as needed, in the collection of payment for all outstanding invoices
  10. Maintain professional relationships with all assigned clients through consistent communication and meetings
  11. Meet average monthly billings goals:
  12. Look for and sell additional project opportunities with all assigned clients
  13. Understand our capabilities in order to discuss advantages of working with MARION to prospective clients
