Quick Response (QR) codes are two-dimensional bar codes that consist of black modules
arranged in a square pattern on a white background. Smartphone users can scan the image of the QR code to display text, contact information, or open a web page in the phone’s browser using a QR code app. This allows physical items, such as print ads, to become interactive by providing a shortcut to additional information.
One of the best features of QR codes is that scan-through traffic can be easily analyzed to track the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.
