Highland Resources, Inc., a diversified real estate company in Houston, wanted to impress their clients with the high quality of their products by creating an equally high quality capabilities brochure. Highland asked Marion to do so and Marion delivered.

The brochure design incorporates a portfolio of samples of their high-end properties in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and even Inverness, Scotland.

The brochure’s 8 interior pages were printed in color on glossy paper. To add an elegant touch, the brochure includes front and back fly sheets using translucent onion skin paper. On the cover, the Highland logo was stamped in gold foil and embossed. At the end of the project, Highland ordered 500 printed brochures.
